pasta with vegan meat sauce

  
i ate all of this and it was not a good decision but it was so tasty!! when i was little i used to eat my dad’s spaghetti and meat sauce all the time, so this was a nice comfort food.

  
ingredients: 1 cup gardein beefless ground, can tomato sauce, italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste.

directions: stir frozen grounds and saice together in small pot on medium heat. heat until grounds are thawed. reduce heat and simmer, stirring in seasoning and garlic. pour over pasta of choice and enjoy!!

  
i like to make my meals look pretty, which is hard when the colors i’m working with are red and beige. i added some vegan garlic toast to try to divide up the plate more (my stomach capacity did NOT thank me!!).
